At Eclipse Dance Academy we are very passionate about what we do and encourage all our dancers to reach their full potential. We focus on building their confidence and self esteem, and most importantly have fun!

We have been running classes in Hemel Hempstead since January 2017. Our dance styles include Disco Freestyle, Rock n Roll, Street, Lyrical, Contemporary, Core & Flex and Tots Dance

We take yearly exams with the ISTD in Disco Freestyle and Rock n Roll. We hold an annual showcase & awards afternoon, as well as offering performance opportunities. Our dancers are invited to take part in workshops throughout the year. We also have a competition squad who compete in local and regional competitions

Eclipse are also proud to be certified with Alixa Flexibility, providing safe stretching for all our dancers helping them to improve on flexibility and core strength
