Disco Freestyle
An energetic dance style which includes runs, kicks, jumps plus more as well as different arm and hand movements. This dance style is usually kept up to date with current music trends
Rock n Roll
Danced with a partner or as singles, this dance consists of high intensity flicks and kicks. It's energetic, upbeat and includes complex steps and lifts. A very popular dance style amongst our dancers!
Street
Street dance is an umbrella term which encompasses a range of dance styles characterised by descriptions such as hip hop, funk and breakdancing. This style offers energetic movements. We bring Street into classes for our Juniors, Inters & Seniors classes
Lyrical
Lyrical dance embodies various aspects of ballet, jazz, acrobatics and modern dance. It is a combination of ballet and jazz that often uses music with lyrics to inspire the movements of the dancer. This style is brought into Inters & Seniors classes
Tots Dance
This is a class for our Tots to learn the basics of dance in a fun environment, using a variety of props to help create movements and dancing along to action songs
Core & Flex
We are certified with Alixa Flexibility providing safe stretching for our dancers. We do a range of different stretches and strengthening exercises to help improve flexibility and core strength. Our Core & Flex class is suitable for Juniors, Inters & Seniors
Contemporary
Contemporary dance is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet. Our Contemporary class consists of a mix of set exercises, combinations and free work every week. Suitable for ages 7+
